All groups are offered in six week cycles, once a week, on Tuesdays & Fridays, for an hour and a half.
There is a set price for groups with sliding scale and pay options available.
Early Bird registration gives $100 off full price of group. Early Bird registration ends two weeks before start of group.
Additional groups can be offered depending on interest and capacity. Special workshops & Trainings are also available upon request and can be tailored to your specific needs and demographic.

A gentle space for parents, caregivers, and their little ones to connect through play, movement, and bonding activities. Birthing Trauma Therapeutic Support Group
Designed for mothers and birthing parents who have experienced difficult or traumatic births. This group blends emotional support with therapeutic tools to process, heal, and restore confidence in parenthood & self. A safe and validating space to share stories, reduce isolation, and build resilience.

Wobbler & Toddler Therapeutic Play & Parent Socialization (Ages 2–4)
A playful and therapeutic group for toddlers and their parents & caregivers. Children explore social-emotional skills through guided play, while parents connect with one another and learn the importance of play. Perfect for families seeking community and support during these busy toddler years.

Teen Therapeutic Expressive Arts Group
Using art and expressive mediums, participants build self-awareness, increase self esteem, increase healthy cooping skills, manage stress, and form meaningful peer connections.

A confidential and supportive space for men to share struggles, reduce stress, and strengthen relationships. Through guided conversation and peer support, participants develop emotional resilience and practical coping tools.
